Selecting a planet will allow its basic details to be changed. As shown in the figure below it is possible to specify the planets name, its radius, number of cities/ towns/ volcanoes and also to indicate whether a Space Station is present. Once the desired configuration has been specified then the ‘Apply Settings’ button should be pressed otherwise they will be lost.
